The Croft@Crook CIC
Our name is a deliberate nod to a powerful tradition of stewardship. A Croft is more than just land and a dwelling; it is a patch of earth tended by a Crofter. As these individual patches knit together, they form the strong fibre of community. We believe that cultivating these connections creates culture. To us, the entire community are Crofters, and Crook is our collective Croft.
As fellow custodians our goal is to facilitate restoration and opportunity to the Town. The CROFT (Crook Restoration and Opportunities Facilitation Team) is a Community Interest Company. Incorporated in the United Kingdom on 30/04/25.
Our CIC strives to generate revenue that is reinvested in the Town.
Our Board of Directors are all unpaid volunteers.
